“The proposition talking about exempting military spouses from paying property tax. I’m prior military, with the Air Force and I have friends still serving in Iraq and South Korea, so it’s an issue for me. I’m torn between democrats and republicans, but I mainly vote republican.”

When it comes to voting, paper is the past, the present and the future. The assistant chief election officer at Robinson Secondary school James Emery Jr. of Fairfax said paper is too valuable as a voting record to abandon.
