Washington ArtWorks will host the Open Studio Weekend: A Festival of the Arts on April 2 and 3. From 12-5 p.m. at Washington ArtWorks, 12276 Wilkins Ave., Rockville. Over 70 artists create work in studios at Washington ArtWorks in sculpture, painting, glass, fibers, jewelry, photography, and more. Visitors are able to shop, watch demos, and network.
