Jeanine Washington, of Lorton, and her dog Dontay. Washington is active duty Air Force and loves coming home to Dontay. “No matter what, they love you,” she said. “Even if you had a bad day, they are always happy to see you.” Dontay is also a good companion to Washington’s 3-year-old daughter, “He’s a loving dog, I’ve had him his whole life,” she said.
