Lerner Enterprises, owner of the shopping center that runs from New Dominion to Baron Cameron along Reston Parkway, has not yet offered a full timetable for the redevelopment. The Spectrum is about one-quarter of a mile from the future Reston Parkway Metro Station, slated to open in 2018.
