Francesco Abbruzzetti’s walls are covered with pictures of WW II as well as famous people who have eaten at Trattoria da Franco over the last 32 years. “Here is a picture of my father with Rommel. They were friends until Rommel asked my father if he was a Fascist and my father said, no, he was an Italian.”
