A Superhero Training Day participant has crawled under a red, a green and another red hoop and is throwing balls at three circles before advancing to the hurdles. The room is crowded with children running, jumping and gluing sparkles on black masks and parents pulling red string through decorated capes. “You can decorate your cape and then go through the obstacle training. When it is complete, you will get your cape and become a superhero.”
