Veterans and their families from Spring Hills Mt. Vernon Assisted Living took a Dream Flight in a restored 1940’s Boeing Stearman open cockpit biplane from World War II, on July 9.
Pictured here, Staff Sergeant Robert Wesemann, 80 years old, U.S. Army from 1961-1966, fought in the Korean and Vietnam Wars, where he received a Purple Heart and Silver Star.
