Elnathan Starnes of Springfield, known as Groovy Nate, encouraged the children to join him in his dancing parade at Herndon's Farmers' Market Fun Days on Thursday, July 27. Starnes blended various genres of music into his puppet skits, movement, and songs creating one groovy experience.
