Chelsea Graves, of Reston:
"I moved out of Reston when I was six, and I've returned as a Reston Farmers Market vendor. I think the way they organized and planned Reston is one of the best, aesthetically pleasing communities. I feel that the intentional design cultivates a real beautiful sense of community I can feel here."
