Chris Devine tests the mic for the next singer/songwriter to perform at The Crib house concert in Historic Downtown Herndon. The intimate listening room for the concert is Devine’s living room. The Town slapped a Notice of Violation on the door to his home citing a Zoning Ordinance along with an order to abate the violation and comply to avoid legal action, which may include fines and other penalties.
