Black History Month proclamation
BLACK HISTORY MONTH -- Staff and friends of the Alexandria Black History Museum join museum director Audrey Davis, seated in front, for a photo Feb. 8 at City Hall following the presentation of a proclamation by City Council recognizing Black History Month.
