Students from Al Fatih Academy in Reston recite Martin Luther King Jr.'s “I Have a Dream" speech he delivered on Aug. 28, 1963, on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial. The Reston Community Orchestra, an all-volunteer ensemble, accompanied the students.
