Del. Charniele Herring and Councilwoman Redella (Del) S. Pepper enjoy the speeches during the award ceremony. Both were presenters for the evening. Herring presented the Leadership in Business and Career Development Award to Joan Renner and the Making a Difference Award to Amy Creed. Del Pepper presented the Rising Star Award to Cynthia Skinner and the Youth Community Service Award to Nancy Martinez.
