Jennifer Scales of Cardinal Chocolates, Inc. tries to stay warm as she sells her made in Virginia chocolates. Scales, based in Alexandria, sells chocolates online via www.CardinalChocolates.com. Her chocolates are on sale in some retail shops in Stafford County and will soon be available in Arlington at “Bean Good” on Columbia Pike. Her chocolates include an espresso bark.
