David Healy, president of the National Capital Area Garden Club, presented a certificate to honor the 50th anniversary of the Yacht Haven Garden Club on Oct. 23 at the Fort Belvoir Officer's Club. Club President Jane Irwin (right) and Second Vice President Terra Defibaugh, both emcees at the Fashion Show, accepted the certificate.
