Mason District Community Champion Diane Kilbourne (left) has been president of the Stuart Educational Foundation that supports the student population of J.E.B. Stuart High School for whom English is a second language, as well as president of the Lake Barcroft Women’s Club. (Right) Supervisor Penny Gross (D-Mason) said, “Diane’s dedication to helping students, achieve their dream of post-secondary education is inspiring to community members who are donors, students who are recipients and volunteers who ensure that young people can succeed.”
