Rising Star award-winner Jeff Ye has been an adult leader with Boy Scouts of America Troop 55 in Great Falls since his son joined in 2014. He helped lead the troop to becoming the number one unit contributor for community service hours in the National Capitol Area Council, with 5,600 hours between 2014 and 2015.
