Bob Kuletz has joined Weichert, Realtors’ Alexandria/Old Town office as a sales associate. Possessing seven years of experience as a licensed real estate professional, Kuletz previously worked for another local real estate firm. Kuletz, with wife, Maureen McGuire-Kuletz, and their two children, have lived in Alexandria for the past 12 years, making him another of Weichert’s many “neighborhood experts” who possess the knowledge to help clients accomplish their real estate goals in the local market.

Weichert, Realtors’ Alexandria/Mount Vernon office finished in the top 10 of five sales categories on the list of October “Objective Beaters." The list highlights the offices that surpass their objectives by the highest percentage each month. The Alexandria/Mount Vernon office finished tied for third in the company for exceeding its objective in sold listings for October. Surpassing many goals last month, the branch also finished fifth in the company in revenue units, sixth in dollar volume, eighth in listings and 10th in marketed listings.

Alexandria City Long & Foster Real Estate has announced its October top producers. In the Alexandria Historic District, Gary Ansley was the top producer with a sales volume of $3,233,000; Betty Quirk was the top lister; Brian Hong was the top seller; and Shawn Harris and Brian Hong were the agents with the most new listings. In the Alexandria/Old Town Long & Foster office, Carol Benitez and Katalin Melamed were the top producers with a sales volume of $1,714,800; Jim Crowe was the top lister; Daron Keller was the top seller; and Deyi Awadallah, Jim Crowe, Connie McKeen and Klanci Vanderhyde were the agents with the most new listings.

Fairfax County Long & Foster Real Estate has announced its October top producers. Bill Jourdan, manager of the Alexandria/Mt. Vernon Long & Foster office, announced Sandi Poole as the top producer, top lister, top seller and the agent with the most new listings with a sales volume of $4,008,600.
