Bob Kuletz has joined Weichert, Realtors’ Alexandria/Old Town office as a sales associate. Possessing seven years of experience as a licensed real estate professional, Kuletz previously worked for another local real estate firm. Weichert, Realtors’ Alexandria/Mount Vernon office finished in the top 10 of five sales categories on the list of October “Objective Beaters." The list highlights the offices that surpass their objectives by the highest percentage each month. The Alexandria/Mount Vernon office finished tied for third in the company for exceeding its objective in sold listings for October. Surpassing many goals last month, the branch also finished fifth in the company in revenue units, sixth in dollar volume, eighth in listings and 10th in marketed listings.
