<lst>The following incidents were reported by the Herndon Police Department:
<cal1>ASSAULT
<cal2>1100 Block of Elden Street - A 21-year-old man reported to the police that he had been assaulted by an unknown male. The victim gave the suspect a $50 to purchase some marijuana, and when he asked the suspect for the marijuana the suspect punched him. The victim received minor injuries.
1200 block of Springtide Place - A 42-year-old man of Herndon reported to the police that he had been assaulted by an acquaintance. The victim was not injured. Miguel Chacaltana, a 15-year-old boy of Herndon, was charged with assault. He was transported to the Fairfax County Juvenile Detention Center.
1400 block of Oak Trail Court - A 13-year-old boy reported to the police that he had been assaulted by two unknown boys. The victim was not injured.
1300 block of Monroe Street - A 31-year-old woman reported to the police that she had been assaulted by an acquaintance. The victim received minor injuries. Ryan Little, a 29-year-old man of Herndon, was charged with assault. He was transported to the Fairfax Adult Detention Center and was released on a $1,000 bond.

1200 block of Cypress Tree Place - Mario Lopez, a 31-year-old man of no fixed address.
900 block of Alabama Drive - Dionicio Alfaro-Villanueva, a 22-year-old man of Reston. A warrant check was run and an outstanding warrant from Fairfax was revealed and served.
900 block of Alabama Drive - Wilson Ayala, a 20-year-old man of Manassas.
900 block of Alabama Drive -Juan Cerritos, a 30-year-old man of Herndon.
900 block of Alabama Drive - Raul Recinos, a 40-year-old man of no fixed address.
900 block of Alabama Drive - Edwardo Romero, a 44-year-old man of no fixed address.
1300 block of Monroe Street - Adrian Gonzalez, a 27-year-old man of no fixed address.
600 block of Station Street - Ty Klinkingbeard, a 23-year-old man of Sterling.
400 block of Elden Street - Felipe Arias, a 27-year-old man of Herndon.

<cal2>1000 block of Elden Street - Rene Lopez, a 29-year-old man of Herndon removed beer from business. He was charged with concealment and released on a summons.
2100 block of Raven Tower Court - Two cases of paint were removed from a vehicle.
1200 block of Elden Street - 1994 Dodge van was removed from a parking lot.
1100 block of Tway Lane - A bicycle was removed from back yard.
1000 block of Alabama Drive - Four hub caps were removed from a vehicle.
500 block of Herndon Parkway - Two laptops, a digital camera, and a key ring containing 50 keys were removed from a business.
1000 block of Elden Street - An unknown man was observed stealing a portable CD player.
1000 block of Queens Court - A gun was removed from a residence.

<cal2>700 block of Morningside Court - A gas powered scooter frame and parts were removed from a locked garage.
<cal1>PEEPING TOM
<cal2>1100 block of Whitewater Place - A 13-year-old girl reported to the police that an unknown man was observed looking into the home through a sliding glass door.
<cal1>DWI ARREST
<cal2>Lynn Street/Elden Street - Seth Clark, a 23-year-old man of Vienna.

<cal2>600 block of Center Street - A parked vehicle was struck by a hit and run driver.
100 block of Elden Street - A parked vehicle was struck by a hit and run driver.
1300 block of Grant Street - A parked vehicle was struck by a hit and run driver.
300 block of Elden Street - A parked vehicle was struck by a hit and run driver.
