Navy Seaman Apprentice Joshua M. Parman, son of Marianne W. O'Brien of Falls Church, and William H. Parman of Reston recently graduated from the Electronic Warfare Technician Advanced Electronic Course at Naval Technical Training Center Corry Station, Pensacola, Fla. Parman is a 2000 graduate of Hayfield High School of Alexandria and joined the Navy in May 2001.
