Most parks are alongside the Four Mile Run bike trails and Potomac River drainages, providing a play area and spectacular view of Washington. Arlington County has 36 miles of paved bike routes, offering both level stretches and challenging hills, as well as trails along streams through woodland and parks in natural settings.
