The following incidents were reported to the Vienna District of the Fairfax County Police Department:

GRAND LARCENY

Construction site, Maple Ave., W. 200 block - Between 5:30 p.m. June 12 and 6 a.m. June 13. A portable toilet was taken.

STOLEN VEHICLE

Tapawingo Road, S.E. 100 block. - Between 11 p.m. June 15 and 5:30 a.m. June 16. A 1995 Dodge blue Caravan van was taken from a house.

ARRESTS

Beulah Road, N.E. 500 block -11:50 p.m. An officer attempted to stop a vehicle, but it sped away. A 17-year old Herndon boy was subsequently charged with speeding to allude and reckless driving.

Moore Ave., S.W. 100 block - 1:20 a.m. June 15. Abdalla Hashish, 57 was charged with domestic assault.

Cedar Lane, S.E. - 3:20 p.m. June 15. Police responded to a report of vandalism to a motorcycle. Witnesses led to a 14-year old Vienna girl who was charged with destruction of property.

Branch Road, S.E. 100 block -8:38 p.m. June 16. Police responded to a report of alcohol violations and subsequently charged Andrew W. Smith, 18, with drunk in public and a 16-year old McLean boy with underage possession of alcohol and possession of marijuana.

Follin Lane, S.E. 800 block - 3:01 p.m. June 17. During a traffic stop, Israel Vraneski, 51, of Fairfax was charged with driving on a suspended license.

Heritage Lane, N.W., 500 block -9:23 p.m. June 18. Ryang K. Park, 40 was charged with domestic assault.

VANDALISM

James Drive S.W. 100 block - Between 5 p.m. May 17 and 5 p.m. June 17. Tires were punctured on a van and a boat trailer at a house.

Church Street, N.E. 300 block -Between 9 a.m. June 17 and 9 a.m. June 18. Paint was put on a traffic control sign.

Wolf Trap Motel, 430 Maple Ave., W. - Between 5 p.m. June 14 and 9:30 a.m. June 18. Ten landscaping timbers were taken from the rear parking lot of the motel.

Park Street, N.E. 300 block - 9:01 p.m. June 18. Eggs were thrown at a house and car.

VANDALISM/PETIT LARCENY

Woodland Court, N.W. 500 block - Between 3 p.m. June 15 and 3 p.m. June 18. A screen door was cut and two wheel covers taken off a car at a house.

PETIT LARCENY

Kingsley Road, S.W. 100 block -Between 9 p.m. June 17 and 9 a.m. June 18. Two orange caution flags near a speed hump were taken.

East Street, N.E. 300 block -Between 7:30 p.m. June 19 and 6:30 a.m. June 20. A wallet was taken from an unlocked car parked at a house.

FIRE

Vienna Inn, 120 Maple Ave., E. -3:45 a.m. June 19. An officer observed heavy smoke coming from the rear of the building and notified Fairfax County Fire and Rescue.

BURGLARY -

Office building, 243 Park Street, S.E.

Between 5:30 p.m. June 17 and 7:48 a.m. June 18

Cash was taken from two offices in the building. Entry was gained by forcing open the doors.

BREAK-IN

Office building, 243 Church Street, N.W.

Between 5 p.m. June 17 and 9:30 a.m. June 18

The door to an office was forced open, but nothing was reported missing.
