Chef Curtis Ross will explore the aromatic and vibrant spring cuisines of Africa, South America and the Caribbean in a six-week series of cooking classes. This culinary journey will begin in Cape Town, South Africa, with the Cape Malay cuisine and extend to Trinidad and its sister island Tobago in the Caribbean. The League of Reston Artists is hosting a Judged Exhibition at the Jo Ann Rose Gallery, Reston Community Center, Lake Anne through April 29.
