<cal1>BURGLARY/ABDUCTION

<lst>400 Block Magnolia Court. At 12:11 p.m. on Oct. 4, an acquaintance of a 40-year-old woman entered her residence and forcibly prevented her from leaving or calling the police for over two hours. The victim was not injured. Timothy Draper, a 32-year-old man of Herndon, was charged with burglary, abduction, and violation of a protective order. He was transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center and held on no bond.

<cal1>HOME INVASION ROBBERY

<lst>1100 Block Cypress Tree Place. At 8:36 p.m. on Oct. 5, three men forcibly entered a residence and robbed the occupants. There were no injuries. The suspects were described as being two black males and one white Hispanic male, all wearing dark clothing. One of the suspects was armed with a shotgun.

Wanted in connection to this incident is Travon D. Smith, black male, 18 years of age, 5.11”, 165 lbs., brown eyes, and black hair. His last known address was 900 G Street #204, Washington, DC. Warrants are on file charging Smith with robbery, two counts of abduction, burglary while armed, and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony. <lst>13100 Block Worldgate Drive. On Sep. 30 at 8:27 a.m., the door locks were damaged on a vehicle.

<lst> 600 Block Herndon Parkway. On Oct. 6 at 9:15 a.m., two windows were shattered on a vehicle.

<lst> 1000 Block Knight Lane. On Oct. 3 at 3:49 p.m., a tire was cut on a vehicle.

<lst> 1300 Block Grant St. On Oct. 5 at 3:13 p.m., a vehicle was scratched.

<cal1>DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY

<lst> 13000 Block Worldgate Drive. On Oct. 10 at 4:30 p.m., unknown subjects sprayed three fire extinguishers in two movie theaters causing damage.

<lst>1300 Block Grant St. On Oct. 2 at 9:48 p.m., a vehicle was scratched.

<lst> 900 Block Barker Hill Road. On Oct. 5 at 7:31 a.m., a window was shattered on a vehicle.

<lst> 800 Block Ferndale Ave. On Oct. 10 at 9:27 a.m., a door lock to a concession stand restroom was damaged.

<lst>1200 Block Herndon Parkway. On Sep. 30 at 12:24 a.m., graffiti was written on a tree.

<lst>1100 Block Alabama Drive. On Oct. 6 at 7:19 a.m., graffiti was written on portable restrooms.

<cal1>DRUNK IN PUBLIC ARREST

<lst> 500 Block Florida Ave. On Oct. 6 at 2:32 p.m., Isaac Licona, a 19-year-old man of Herndon, was arrested for being drunk in public.

<lst> 400 Block Elden St. On Sep. 30 at 1:07 a.m., Raul Recinos, a 41-year-old man of Herndon, was arrested.

<cal1>LARCENY

<lst> 400 Block Virginia Ave. On Oct. 3 at 10:44 a.m., a bicycle and helmet were removed from the front yard of a residence.

<lst>1000 Block Alabama Drive. On Oct. 3 at 10:22 p.m., a window was shattered on a vehicle and stereo equipment and tools were removed.

<lst>1300 Block Mistyvale St. On Sep. 30 at 9:34 a.m., a bicycle was removed from the driveway of a residence.

<lst>12900 Block Worldgate Drive. On Oct. 3 at 12:41 a.m., a window was shattered on a vehicle and a GPS system was removed.

<lst>1100 Block Alabama Drive. On Oct. 3 at 8:28 a.m., a window was shattered on a vehicle and a compact disc player, compact disc, shoes, wallet, and bag were removed.

<lst>1200 Block Alabama Drive. On Oct. 3 at 9:56 a.m., a window was shattered on a vehicle and a radio was removed.

<lst> 700 Block Van Buren St. On Oct. 5 at 8:58 a.m., a subject drove off without paying for gasoline.

<lst> 300 Block Reneau Way. On Oct. 6 at 9:37 a.m., windows were shattered or damaged on four vehicles. Stereo equipment, a wallet, purse, and chain saw were removed.

<lst> 600 Block Old Hunt Way. On Oct. 4 at 9:37 p.m., beer was removed from a garage.

<cal1>ASSAULT

<lst> 900 Block Park Ave. On Oct. 10 at 11:05 p.m., a 16-year-old female reported to police that she had been assaulted by an acquaintance. The victim was treated for a broken arm. Robert Carter, a 45-year-old man of Herndon, was charged with willful injury to a minor. He was transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was released on bond.

<cal1>ASSAULT ON A POLICE OFFICER

<lst> 800 Block Grant St. On Oct. 1 at 7:41 p.m., Brian Murphy, a 49-year-old man of Herndon, was charged with assault on a police officer and with being drunk in public. Murphy threw a wallet striking the officer and then pushed him. The officer was not injured. Murphy was transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center and held pending $5,000 bond.

<cal1>DWI ARRESTS

<lst> 300 Block Herndon Parkway. On Oct. 2 at 10:47 p.m., Gualter Perez, a 28-year-old man of Herndon, was arreseted.

<lst> Locust Street/Spring St. On Oct. 3 at 1:41 a.m., Amy Rant, a 30-year-old woman of Ashburn, was arrested.

<lst> 1100 Block Herndon Parkway. On Oct. 3 at 11:47 p.m., Rony Flores-Gonzalez, a 22-year-old man of Herndon, was arrested.

<lst> Calhoun Court/Missouri Ave. On Oct. 6 at 2:06 a.m., Jairo Cortes, a 21-year-old man of Herndon, was arrested.
