Caroline Morse of Burke, a freshman at York College of Pennsylvania, received a Dean’s Academic Scholarship for the 2002-2003 academic year. The Dean’s Academic Scholarship is for entering full-time freshmen who have graduated in the upper two-fifths of their high school class and have a combined SAT score of 1250 or better. Caroline Morse is the daughter of Kevin and Patricia Morse.
Hunter Jonsson is an incoming, first-time freshman at Marietta College in Marietta, Ohio. Jonsson is a graduate of Lake Braddock Secondary School. He is the son of Dixie and Robert Jonsson of Burke. Jonsson plans to major in engineering.
Jennifer Heuer of Burnside Landing Drive in Burke is enrolled in Syracuse University's School of Management. She is majoring in general studies in management.
