<lst>Jack Migliaccio has joined the Fairfax Station office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Fordham University and a master’s degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is also a former member of the Air Force Association, Navy League and the Association of the Army. A resident of Fairfax Station, Migliaccio is married and has three children.

Kathy Stark was recognized for creating the most resale listings and the most resale marketed listings at the Weichert, Realtors Burke/Fairfax Station Office. Kathleen Quintarelli was also honored for producing the highest resale dollar volume in the area.

Several sales associates from Weichert, Realtors Burke/Fairfax Station Office have been honored for their achievements in July. Kathy Stark was honored for generating the most listings, most listings sold, and for most resale revenue units and the most sales. Betsy Voegtlin was recognized for producing the highest dollar volume.

Mark Pergeson has been appointed branch manager of Weichert, Realtor’s Burke/Fairfax Station office. Pergeson has been licensed since 1985 and has been both a sales associate and manager.

Kathy Stark was recognized for generating the most listings sold in September at Weichert, Realtor's Burke/Fairfax Station office. She was also honored for generating the most resale revenue units. Christopher Dominick was recognized for producing the highest dollar volume and the most sales.

According to Mark Goedde, manager of the Fairfax Station office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, total sales increased 90 percent, total sales volume increased 191 percent and total listings increased 90 percent in comparison to the same figures in September 2001.
