<cal2>Luis Rodrigez, activist, teacher and award-winning author of "Always Running: La Vida Loca, Gang Days in L.A.," will be appearing live at the Loudoun County Public Library. On Sept. 20 at 7 p.m. at the Waddell Theater, Northern Virginia Community College Loudoun Campus, 1000 Harry Flood Byrd Highway, Sterling. He will present a public program followed by discussion and book signing. College Essay Writing Workshop. Wednesday, Sept. 18 at 7:30 p.m. This workshop is open to all high school juniors and seniors. Robert M.
