Warrants Issued for Robbery Suspect

Detectives obtained warrants for 18-year-old Mustafa Mansour, of 6784 Tiddle Way in the Lorton area, charging him with two counts of robbery.

The warrants stemmed from a bank robbery that occurred at the First Union Bank, 1805 Belle View Boulevard, on Tuesday, July 1, and a bank robbery that occurred at the First Union Bank, 7620 Little River Turnpike in Annandale, Thursday, July 3.

In the first robbery, a 44-year-old Alexandria area woman employed as a teller, was approached by a man who announced the robbery. The victim removed an undisclosed amount of cash from her drawer and gave it to the suspect who then walked out of the bank.

In the second robbery, a 25-year-old Arlington area woman, employed as a teller, was approached by a man who announced a robbery and demanded money. The victim removed an undisclosed amount of money from her drawer and gave it to the suspect who then ran out of the front door. Nobody was injured in either robbery.

Mansour is described as middle eastern, 5 feet, 11 inches tall, weighing 170 pounds, with short hair. He was last seen with a mustache and light beard.
