On Thursday June 12 the chamber will host a Chamber Luncheon from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Hilton Washington Dulles Hotel, 13899 Park Center Road. The Luncheon will also serve as an awards ceremony to honor the winners of the and will honor the recipients of the Awards for Chamber Excellence. The awards are given to chamber members who have offered superior services to the chamber. The cost will be $30 for chamber members and $35 for non-members.
On June 18 the chamber will host David & Goliath Do Business, where Keynote Speaker Ronald Jones, Sr. Manager of Supply and Diversity at Nextel Communications will speak on the importance of building connections between large and smaller businesses and offer advice on making these connections. The session will be held at the ASCE Conference Center, 1801 Alexander Bell Drive from 7:30 a.m.-9:30 p.m. and will cost $25 for chamber members and $30 for non-members.
The chamber will host Network Night on June 24. This event offers local business owners an opportunity to meet and greet members of the Chamber of Commerce in a relaxed, casual environment. The vent will be held at BMW of Sterling, 21826 Pacific Blvd. from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Refreshments will be served. the event will cost $10 for members and $20 for non-members.
