<lst>The following incidents were reported to the Reston District of the Fairfax County Police Department:
<cal1>FELONY ASSAULT
<lst>Miklos Bitter, 38, of 1631 Nathan Lane in the Herndon area, was arrested after he assaulted a 12-year-old Boy Scout in uniform, who was disseminating flyers about an upcoming mulch drive. Bitter forced the boy to the ground and choked him after the boy approached Bitter's home. Other Boy Scouts came to the victim's aid. Bitter was charged with felony assault. The boy did not require medical treatment.
