<sh>Rust to Challenge Petersen
<bt>Jack Rust will announce his candidacy for the 37th District state House seat Monday, March 17, at 11 a.m., in the Old Town Hall in Fairfax City. Rust, a Republican, held the position until he was unseated by Democrat J. Chapman Petersen in 2003.
"This is going to be a campaign about issues, and we'll talk about those issues on Monday," said Rust.
Every legislative seat in Virginia is up for election this November.
