The criminal case against a Centreville man is headed for the grand jury. He's Kaleb S. St. Clair, 36, of 14513 Castleford Court in Crofton Commons, and he's accused of attempting to persuade an underage person to commit crimes against nature.
Fairfax County police say that, on Aug. 16, St. Clair asked a neighborhood boy to call him. Believing it was for yard work, the boy did so. Then, when St. Clair asked him to his house, the boy arrived with two friends.
But police say St. Clair reportedly asked them if they wanted to watch pornographic movies with him. They declined and left. Later in the day, police say St. Clair allegedly solicited one of the boys for sex. He declined, and police were called.
Police arrested St. Clair, the same day, holding him on $50,000 bond. Last Friday, Sept. 26, in Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court, Judge Jane Delbridge certified the charge against him to the next grand jury for possible indictment.
