An estimated crowd of 2,003 took advantage of the nice weather and said farewell to summer by enjoying some jazz and tasting wine from local vineyards on the Herndon Town Green Monday.
The 15th annual Herndon Labor Day Jazz and Wine Festival kicked off with a performance by Vaughn Nark and also included Robert Jospe', John Signorello and The Marcus Johnson Project. In addition, 10 wineries were on hand with samples of their finest for the celebrants. The event also featured several local arts and food vendors.
