<cal2>"Once on This Island." West Springfield High School presents its spring large-scale musical, "Once on this Island," by Lynn Ahrens and Stephen Flaherty, nominated for eight Tony awards including "Best Musical." Wednesday-Friday, April 28-30 and Friday-Saturday, May 7 and 8. Tickets will be available at the door for $10. <cal2>Spring Plays. Park View High School has chosen to present three spring plays on April 22-24 at 7 p.m. One of the plays that will be performed is "Baby," a play about different tricks that babies learn. The second play is "Painted Rain," a story about two foster children. The third play is the student-directed play "Two Ugly Ducklings," a story about a prince and princess who think they are too ugly to meet anyone so they send two stand-ins in order to meet their spouses.
