Robinson Secondary teachers Amy Conner, Megan Garnett, Mollianne George, Mike Karpicus, Cathy Mulligan, Mike Nielson, Eileen Noonan, Dane Toler and Carolyn Townsley were recently named 2004 Claes Nobel Teachers of Distinction by the National Society of High School Scholars. Winners were nominated by former students who named the teachers as positive role models.
High school peer mediators recently planned and implemented an elementary training workshop for 24 fifth- and sixth-grade mediators at Halley Elementary. This interactive workshop focused on steps in the mediation process and practice with mock role-plays.
