The AAUW meets the third Thursday of every month at Lake Anne Community Center at 7 p.m. Programs include speakers that deal with women's issues. The new season of programs will begin in September 2004 will run through June 2005. Interest groups include book discussions on the fourth Thursday of each month; gourmet group, four times a year; and tutor mentoring at Forest Edge Elementary School, Tuesdays at 3:15 p.m.
