<bt>The Northern Virginia Chapter of the American Society of Public Administration will host a panel discussion titled “Developing Public Policy in Response to Northern Virginia Gang Activity,” on Thursday, April 8, from 6:30-8:30 p.m., at George Mason University, 4400 University Drive, Fairfax, in the Johnson Center, Meeting Room D on the fourth floor. Panelists include Supervisor Sharon Bulova (D-Braddock); Lt. Col. Suzanne Devlin, acting Fairfax County police chief; Karen Bune, adjunct professor, Department of Criminal Justice, GMU; and members of the Security Threat Group Management Program.

<sh>Massage Parlor Inspection

<bt>Fairfax County Police issued summonses to three women following a Wednesday, March 24, inspection of a massage parlor in the Tysons Corner area.

Officers from the McLean District Station inspected the Ivy Therapy parlor located at 8453-I Tyco Road at around 8:45 p.m. They issued summonses to Hua Fang, 31, and Guizhi Liu, 38, for not having permits to give a message. Ok Soon Lee-Kim, 43, was issued summonses for possessing a false identification and performing a massage while erogenous areas were exposed. All of the women reside in the 6200 block of Shackelford Terrace in the Lincolnia area.
