The Alliance of Reston Clusters and Homeowners (ARCH) will hold its founding meeting on Wednesday, June 2, 7 p.m. in the Board Room of Reston Association, 1930 Isaac Newton Square. ARCH is a new non-profit corporation that hopes to act as a practical resource to homeowner associations in their day-to-day management and work to ensure that all of Reston's neighborhoods are aware of relevant community issues and are able to effectively participate in community dialogue and decision-making.
The incorporating documents have been finished, and ARCH's Initial Board of Directors (representing each of Reston's five villages) has been appointed: Frank Pfeilmeier of Westcove Cluster (South Lakes); Robert Goudie of West Market (Town Center); George Kain of the Deer Forest Homeowner's Association (North Point); Marcia McDevitt of the Inlet Cluster (Lake Anne/Tall Oaks); and Steve Roberts of Polo Fields (Hunters Woods/Dogwood).
Membership is open to all homeowner associations, single family homeowners who have organized or are interested in organizing their neighborhoods, and any individual resident who is not part of such an association or group.
