The following incidents were reported by the Herndon Police Department through Oct. 31.

<cal1>DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY

<lst>2100 block Raven Tower Court. Oct. 29, 2 a.m., the windshield wipers were damaged on a parked vehicle.

900 block Station Street. Oct. 27, 5:05 p.m., a parked vehicle was scratched.

Knight Lane/Cavalier Drive. Oct. 30, 5:20 p.m., graffiti was written on playground equipment.

<cal1>DRUNK IN PUBLIC ARRESTS

<lst>Florida Avenue/Alabama Drive. Oct. 29, 5:02 p.m., Emerson N. Funes, 39, of Sterling, was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County ADC.

Vine Street/Center Street. Oct. 31, 1:52 a.m., Juan Buezo, 38, of Herndon, was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County ADC.

1100 block Elden Street. Oct. 25, 7:59 p.m., Orvin Osarios, 19, of Herndon, was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County ADC.

1100 block Elden Street. Oct. 30, 6:22 p.m., Luis Alonso Castro, 39, of Silver Spring, Md., was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County ADC.

1100 block Elden Street. Oct. 31, 5:32 p.m., Alfredo Membreno, 33, of no fixed address, was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County ADC.

<cal1>ASSAULT

<lst>1400 block Summerfield Drive. Oct. 29, 12:38 p.m., an assault occurred between acquaintances. The primary aggressor could not be determined. Warrant procedures were advised.

1200 block Elden Street. Oct. 26, 3:05 p.m., Saleh Sultan, 48, of Herndon, was arrested after assaulting an acquaintance. Minor injuries were observed. Sultan was held on a $2,000 bond.

1100 block Elden Street. Oct. 30, 2:40 a.m., the complainant reported two subjects threatened her.

1200 block Elden Street. Oct. 30, 9:17 p.m., the complainant reported an acquaintance struck him. A primary aggressor could not be determined. Warrant procedures were advised.

1100 block Elden Street. Oct. 31, 1:18 a.m., the complainant reported being struck by another subject. The complainant refused to cooperate. Warrant procedures were advised.

<cal1>LARCENY

<lst>1000 block Sterling Road. Oct. 25, 10:26 a.m., the complainant reported on two occasions they were refused payment on credit card charges due to the credit card numbers being stolen.

500 block Early Fall Court. Oct. 26, 6:19 a.m., compact discs and cash were taken from a parked vehicle.

1100 block Whitewater Place. Oct. 31, 1:14 p.m., two license plates were taken from a parked vehicle.

400 block Elden Street. Oct. 25, 4:40 p.m., a hamster was taken from a business.

400 block Herndon Parkway. Oct. 26, 10:30 a.m., a purse was taken from a work office.

800 block Ferndale Avenue. Oct. 26, 3:20 p.m., an unsecured bike was taken.

900 block First Place. Oct. 26, 7:03 p.m., four guns were taken from a residence.

<cal1>NARCOTICS VIOLATION

<lst>1100 block Dublin Place. Oct. 26, 3:23 p.m., John Michael Ford, 20, of Herndon, was arrested and released on a summons for possession of marijuana.

<cal1>OTHER VIOLATIONS

<lst>1200 block Bond Street. Oct. 25, 12 p.m., an unknown substance was thrown on a parked vehicle.

1100 block Autumnhaze Court. Oct. 28, 3:22 p.m., the complainant reported receiving threatening phone calls.

700 block Cordell Way. Oct. 27, 10:25 p.m., Mark Anthony Smith, 28, of Dumfries, and Christopher Jerome Holloway, 19, of Manassas, were arrested and released on a summons for drinking in public.

500 block Herndon Parkway. Oct. 29, 1:53 p.m., the complainant reported receiving threatening phone calls.

700 block Cordell Way. Oct. 31, 5:06 p.m., Mir Munawar Ali, 35, of Herndon, and Frank Webster Roberts, 44, of Herndon, were arrested and released on a summons for drinking in public.

700 block Cordell Way. Oct. 31, 10:38 p.m., Heidi Salazar, 18, of Herndon, was arrested and released on a summons for a noise violation.

1200 block Elden Street. Oct. 25, 10:27 a.m., Juan Carlos Diaz, 27, of Herndon, was arrested after exposing himself to the complainant. He was transported to the Fairfax County ADC and held on a $1,000 bond.

<cal1>DWI ARRESTS

<lst>Nash Street/Center Street. Oct. 28, 12:23 a.m., Leila Anna McDowell Head, 51, of Herndon, was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County ADC.

1100 block Elden Street. Oct. 30, 10:29 p.m., Edgar Aroldo Galvez Luna, 26, of Herndon, was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County ADC.
