Club Phoenix Teen Center. Vienna Community Center features a big screen TV, jukebox and CD player, Dreamcast, pool and pingpong tables and more for Vienna-area middle-school students. Auditions for the McLean Youth Orchestra 2005-06 season are open to serious music students ages 12 to 18. The orchestra includes cultural exchanges and an annual scholarship competition. "Neighborhood College," a leadership program for students in grades 9-12, meets Tuesdays, Oct. 18-Nov. 15, from 5:15- 7:30 p.m, at the Vienna Community Center, 120 Cherry St., S.E. Attendants will learn how to run effective meetings, make decisions within a group and work in a multicultural environment. The program is free, and a light meal will be served at each session.
