Kitchen and Bath Seminar. Reico Kitchen & Bath is offering a free, do-it-yourself seminar to share creative ideas, design trends and installation tips. The event takes place Saturday, Feb. 26, 10 a.m.-noon, at Reico’s Falls Church showroom, 7500-B Leesburg Pike. The seminar will address how to plan for the remodeling process, including forming a budget, working with a designer and learning what to expect during the installation; the basics of kitchen design with ideas to maximize space; trends in kitchen ideas; and product options and what to think about when choosing cabinetry, surfaces, appliances, plumbing fixtures and other kitchen products.

Barbara Lewis was the top producer, top lister and the top seller with a sales volume of $12,847,000 in the McLean Long & Foster office during November.

The Weichert, Realtors' Great Falls office and its sales associates helped collect 150 gifts, ranging from toddler outfits and Care Bears to Sony Walkmans and sporting goods for teenagers, during its holiday toy drive.

To celebrate their best sales year ever, 90 Weichert Great Falls sales associates set sale on the luxury cruise vessel Odyssey. The group cruised for a two-hour luncheon on the Potomac River, taking in the sites of the Potomac's historic shoreline and winding up the afternoon with dancing led by Virgil, the DJ.

Barb Chandler has joined the Weichert, Realtors' McLean/Dolley Madison office as a sales associate.

Possessing 11 years of licensed real estate experience, Chandler previously worked for a real estate firm in Georgia and earned membership in its 100% Club. She also holds an ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation.

Mauricio Marino has joined the Weichert, Realtors' Great Falls office as a sales associate.

Possessing more than one year of licensed real estate experience, Marino previously worked for another local real estate firm.

Several sales associates in Weichert, Realtors' Great Falls sales office have been honored for their achievements in December.

Joan Stokes, a member of the Chairman of the Board Elite Club, led the office in dollar volume for the month. Stokes is also a member of the Chairman's Gold Club, signifying a high level of sales financed through Weichert Financial.

Executive's Club member Jeanne Mullahy led the way in revenue units and sales, earning the honor of top seller. She earned membership in the Executive's Gold Club in 2004.

Said Zangeneh, a member of the Chairman of the Board Elite Club, topped the branch in listings and listings sold.

The McLean Center Office of Weichert, Realtors recently contributed $600 to the American International Red Cross's Asian Tsunami Response Fund, taking part in a fund-raising event sponsored by the Asian Fortune newspaper.

McLean/Dolley Madison sales associate Dewita Soeharjono was a member of the event's organizing committee and spearheaded the office's collection.

The event took place Jan. 15 at the Fort Myer Activities Center in Arlington. More than 300 people attended. It featured cultural performances representing different countries, a spread of food, a silent auction and a special tribute to families who lost loved ones in the tsunami tragedy.

A minimum $20 donation was suggested, and all the items featured there were donated by various concerned organizations and citizens. A total of $40,000 for the Red Cross efforts was raised at the event, which was attended by several Virginia elected officials including Lt. Gov. Tim Kaine, U.S. Jim Moran (D-8) and U.S. Rep Bobby Scott (D-3).
