The Herndon Police Department is still searching for the suspect in a Dec. 24 M & T Bank robbery where an undisclosed amount of money was stolen.
At 9:14 a.m. on Christmas Eve the Herndon Police responded to a bank robbery call at M & T Bank located at 1025 Herndon Parkway.
At the time the police were given an inaccurate description of the suspect, but have since updated the information. The updated suspect is a white male, 6' to 6'2", wearing a white cap, black leather jacket, blue jeans and white shoes. In the first description the man was said to have been armed with a handgun.
