<cal2>Springfield Days festival. June 2-5. Various activities around the Springfield area include an all-weekend carnival, the Miss Springfield pageant at Springfield Mall on Thursday, a parade at Hanover and Old Keene Mill on Saturday, community tents at Springfield Plaza on Saturday and a cardboard boat regatta at Lake Accotink Park on Sunday. Lee District Nights free concert series. The concerts take place on Wednesday nights at 7:30 p.m., at Lee District Amphitheater, 6601 Telegraph Road, Franconia, and on Friday nights, at 7:30 p.m., at the Kingstowne Town Center. Concerts will feature a variety of music from bluegrass and country to jazz and swing. Call 703-971-6262.
