Pedro Chacon of Cameron Crescent Drive in Reston was arrested and charged with one count of malicious wounding Sunday after he allegedly stabbed a Sterling man. According to the police report, Chacon, 22, was helping someone move into an apartment building on Laurel Glade Court in Reston when he began having an argument with a 26-year-old Sterling man. Chacon took a knife out of a block of butcher knives he was carrying, said the report, and stabbed the victim in the lower body. The victim was taken to Reston Hospital with non life-threatening injuries. Chacon is being held at the Adult Detention Center without bond.
