SCAT, Senior Center Adult Transportation, is a taxi service for Arlington seniors, 55 and older, to go to senior centers for a roundtrip cost of $4. The Arlington Agency on Aging has electric fans available for Arlington residents age 60 and older whose maximum annual income for a single person is $14,355, or $19,245 for a two-person household. Senior Travel. The county's Office of Senior Adult Programs (OSAP) offers a variety of travel opportunities and day excursions throughout the year.
