Avery-Hess Realtors has enhanced the curriculum at the Avery-Hess Academy. They now offer a 45-hour new agent training series, "Fundamentals For Success." This series includes the 30 hour Post Licensing required for all new agents. These courses are taught by certified real estate instructors. Several sales associates of the Springfield Weichert office have been honored for their achievements in February: Ricardo Bolanos earned the honor of top producer for the second month in a row, leading the office in dollar volume, revenue units, listings and sales. He is a member of the top-ranking Chairman of the Board Premiere Club and was third in sales units last year. Bolanos was licensed in 2002 and has lived in the Fairfax area for more than 10 years, giving him in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market. Additionally, he is trilingual and is able to conduct business in English, Spanish and Italian. Million Dollar Club member Jim Miller led the way in listings sold for the month.
The newest area director of opportunities for Networking for Entrepreneurs is Cathy V. Baumbusch, a real estate professional from Springfield.
Several Weichert Realtors sales associates in the Springfield office were honored for their achievements in March. Dean Regan earned the honor of top producer, leading the office in dollar volume, revenue units, listings sold and sales. Tony Traish topped the branch in listings for the month.
Kim McClary of Long & Foster's Springfield office was named top producer and seller with a sales volume of $2,883,800. Otto Barios was named top lister and Gary Gabriel was named agent with the most new listings.
