Valerie Huffman, Regional Vice President of Weichert, Realtors and instructor of its Management Awareness Program (MAP), announced that 23 sales associates have graduated from the program this month. MAP is a seven-month course that provides a structured first look at management for Weichert agents who are considering a career in real estate management. April MAP graduates from Virginia include: Betsy Carson, Marlene Moonshine, McLean Center; Linda Miller, Marisa Zaneis, McLean/Dolley Madison;

Several sales associates at the Weichert, Realtors' Tysons/Vienna Office have been honored for their achievements in February. Leading the office in dollar volume and sales was Hamid Hamidein, while Ed Moore led the way in revenue units and listings sold. Topping the branch in listings for the month was Megara McBride.

The McLean Center Office of Weichert, Realtors was recognized with a regional award for the month of February. The office led all 31 of Weichert's Virginia offices in new home dollar volume. Aiding the office in earning the award was sales associate Claire Driscoll, who individually led the region in new home dollar volume last month.

The McLean/Dolley Madison Office of Weichert, Realtors was recognized with three regional awards for the month of February. The office led all 31 of Weichert's Virginia offices in resale, resale revenue units and resale dollar volume last month.

Penny Yerks of the McLean/Dolley Madison Office of Weichert, Realtors was recognized with a regional award for the month of February. Yerks led the region in resale dollar volume for the second month in a row, topping agents from 31 offices located throughout Virginia.

Claire Driscoll of the McLean Center Office of Weichert, Realtors was recognized with a regional award for the month of February. Driscoll led the region in new home dollar volume, topping associates from 31 Weichert offices throughout Virginia.

Steve Gaskins, branch manager of Weichert, Realtors’ McLean/Old Dominion Office, announced that J.D. Callander has been honored for her achievements in March. Callander led the way in dollar volume, revenue units, listings, listings sold and sales, earning the honor of top producer for the second straight month. She is a member of the top-ranking Chairman of the Board Premiere Club and the Chairmanís Gold Club, the latter signifying a high level of sales financed through Weichert Financial. Callander earned her real estate license in January 2003 and had a career in public health research before coming to Weichert.

Janet Hewitt, branch manager of Weichert, Realtors’ McLean/Dolley Madison Office, announced that Margaret Hollar has been honored for her achievements in March. Hollar led the office in dollar volume, revenue units, listings, listings sold and sales, earning the honor of top producer. She is a member of the Chairman of the Board Premiere Club and was fourth last year in revenue units out of agents from more than 50 offices located throughout Maryland, Wasington, D.C., and Virginia. Hollar began her real estate career 26 years ago managing and selling new homes. She joined Weichert six years ago and now manages a seven-member sales team that primarily covers Northern Virginia and Montgomery County, Maryland.
