Helen Flynn has founded Clareau Coaching, a new coaching company based out of Potomac Falls, which uses an interactive approach to help clients uncover obstacles they may unknowingly be putting in their own path and then teaching them to take a positive and proactive approach to their own success.
She is an experienced coach, businesswoman and former therapist. Her mission is to help her clients achieve extraordinary growth and success. Flynn is a certified life coach and is a member of the International Coaching Federation. She also is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce.

Achievements: Master's degree in education and social work; award-winning agent at Weichert Realtors in Great Falls. I am approaching 60 with gratitude, peace and contentment in my life.
Family: Married to high-school sweetheart, Leo, for 36 years. One son, Patrick, his wife, Valerie, and their daughters, Shannon, 10, and Brianne, 11, who also live in Sterling. Introducing my granddaughters to new adventures is a great joy.
Favorite local restaurant/place: Algonkian Park where we can take the newest member of the family, Max, a yellow Lab.
Sports Interests/Activities/Hobbies: Singing, I studied opera at the Eastman School of Music, and playing the harp professionally for parties and weddings. I played for afternoon tea several years at the Sheraton Carlton Hotel, now the St. Regis, in Washington, D.C.
Community Ties: Our Lady of Hope parish where we are members and our grandchildren attend the school. Sterling Volunteer Fire and Rescue where my husband, son and I are volunteer chaplains.
Community Concerns: The lack of affordable housing in the area. Mental health, substance abuse and child welfare are personal concerns.
Personal Goals: Provide a means to success, personal fulfillment and self-worth to many through Clareau Coaching. Coaching people through the process of buying and selling real estate. Continue to grow in my own faith on my journey. Enjoy, appreciate and love my family and the people I encounter along the way.
