PTA Yard Sale at Douglas MacArthur Elementary School PTA, 1101 Janney’s Lane, 8 a.m.-noon. Household items, children’s clothing, toys. Set up a sale table for $15. Proceeds will be used to benefit the school, including ongoing playground improvements.

Receptions for Principals. Carl Sandburg Middle School PTA for a reception honoring both retiring principal Donna Pasteur as well as incoming principal Wendy Eaton.
