Dr. Phillip Chang, board certified plastic surgeon, and the staff of Radiance Salon & Medi-Spa announce the grand opening of their second location at the new Lansdowne Town Center in Leesburg, March 1. Official grand opening ceremonies will take place Saturday, April 14.

Radiance Salon and Medi-Spa in the Broadlands opened its second location at the new Lansdowne Town Center in Leesburg March 14. The new Radiance Salon and Medi-Spa at Lansdowne Town Center will hold its grand opening celebration April 14 with a kickoff ribbon cutting at 10 a.m. Refreshments, tours and door prizes will continue until noon.

The 2007 Loudoun Wine Trail brochure is available at wineries, the Loudoun Convention and Visitors Association Office, Leesburg Corner Outlets and many other locations. The brochure lists the 12 local wineries in the last year’s brochure and adds Loudoun’s newest winery, Fabbioli Cellars in Lucketts. By the end of this year, Notaviva Vineyards in Purcellville and Bluemont Vineyard will also be open, boosting the number of Loudoun wineries to 15.

Sterling-based WaveLight Inc. has hired Frederic N. "Ric" Tiplady as the new vice president of business development for North America. Prior to his appointment Tiplady was the vice president of sales, U.S., for VISX Inc. and later for the Laser Vision Group of Advanced Medical Optics. Before that, he was the area director of refractive lasers at Alcon.
